Noticeboard

As restrictions ease in Scotland to level 3 we continue to remain open to patients.  If you have any COVID symptoms please contact 111 for initial assessment.  We are unfortunately not able to asses you until we receive this report from 111. Our appointments are via telephone triage initially, where a Clinician will arrange for you to come to the Practice if required at a time that is safe to do so.  This is for your protection and that of other patients, as well as to protect staff.  Our patient advisors will ask you for further details in order to direct you to the most appropriate Clinician.

Thank you for your patience and understanding at what is a challenging time.

Test Results

When you attend for a test of any kind you will be told how long you should expect to wait for the results. Please bear this in mind and call the surgery after 4.30pm once sufficient time has elapsed.

Our Patient Advisors are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the GP.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
